Newgistics Tracking FDR Facility: A Cautionary Tale of Disappointment

As consumers, we've all experienced frustration when dealing with shipping companies and their tracking systems. But for those who have had the misfortune of dealing with Newgistics' tracking system, it's a whole different story.

My personal experience with Newgistics began like many others - with excitement and anticipation. I had ordered an item online and was eagerly waiting for its arrival. However, what started as a simple purchase turned into a nightmare when the tracking information stopped updating after just a few days. Despite my repeated attempts to contact customer service, I received nothing but vague responses and unhelpful advice.

As time went on, I began to suspect that something was amiss. It seemed like Newgistics was intentionally stalling or hiding the truth about where my package was. I even went so far as to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), only to be met with more empty promises and excuses.

But what really got my attention was when a helpful USPS employee took it upon themselves to investigate further. Using the last mile USPS tracking number, they discovered that Newgistics had taken possession of my item on the same day it cleared customs - over a month ago! It seemed like they were just holding onto it without scanning it in or providing any updates.

As I delved deeper into the issue, I found out that Newgistics has multiple facilities across the country, including one in Grapevine, TX. But what's disturbing is that once my package reached their facility, all tracking information ceased to exist. It was as if they were hiding something.

I'm not alone in this experience. Many others have reported similar issues with Newgistics' tracking system, leading me to believe that there's a systemic problem at play here.

So, what can be done? As consumers, we deserve better from our shipping companies. We need transparency and accountability when it comes to tracking our packages. Until then, I'll continue to share my story in the hopes that someone will listen and take action.
